Quang Ninh Province has mobilized 4 large ships to the scene to assist in the salvage and capsize of the ship. Divers have completed their search around the ship’s hull, moved out, and are tying specialized ropes to prepare to capsize the ship.
In parallel with the ship capsizing, authorities continued to expand the search area with the goal of not missing any victims during the night.
