Accordingly, the project will expand 5 bypass routes through the provinces and cities: Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang and Quang Ngai.
Of which, Da Nang city has 2 proposed bypass routes. Specifically, Vinh Dien bypass route is more than 8km long, starting point in An Thang ward, ending point in Nam Phuoc commune; Ba Ren bridge bypass route is more than 2km long, starting point in Nam Phuoc commune, ending point in Xuan Phu commune.
In addition, the remaining 3 bypass routes are the Hien Luong bridge bypass route, nearly 12km long, passing through Vinh Linh commune, Quang Tri .
The Hue city bypass has a total length of nearly 36km, starting at Huong Tra ward and ending at Huong Thuy ward.
Finally, the Quang Ngai city bypass section has a total length of about 1.33km located in Tho Phong commune, Quang Ngai province.
The above bypass routes are proposed to be invested in according to the national road network planning scale approved by the Prime Minister as a level III plain auto road, with a design speed of 80km/h and a complete scale of 4 lanes.
Total expected investment: 4,595 billion VND from the state budget in the medium-term investment plan for the period 2026 - 2030.
