On August 2, in Quang Ninh, the General Staff (Ministry of National Defense) held a conference to pilot administrative procedures on military service (NVQS) on the Ministry of National Defense's public service portal at the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command. Through the pilot, the aim is to equip the staff directly performing military service work at the grassroots level with knowledge to grasp an overview of the software system, and carry out administrative procedures in the field of military service on the Ministry of National Defense's public service portal.
