Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate receives feedback on citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement

On August 5, the Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate sent a document to departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones in Ho Chi Minh City regarding receiving information related to difficulties and problems in receiving citizens, handling petitions, resolving complaints and denunciations, and declaring assets and income.

The reception aims to implement new regulations on the organization, functions and tasks of the inspection agency according to Conclusion 134-KL/TW of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the Project to arrange the inspection agency system to be streamlined, strong, effective, efficient and effective; Resolution 190/2025 of the National Assembly regulating the handling of a number of issues related to the arrangement of the state apparatus as well as the Inspection Law 2025 and related guiding documents.
