The Vietnam Register has just issued a decision to establish an inspection team to evaluate the operating conditions and maintain the operating conditions for motor vehicle inspection at a number of inspection centers.

Specifically, at inspection centers 98-05D (Bac Giang), 20-05D (Thai Nguyen), the inspection team will evaluate the opening of an additional inspection line; at inspection centers 93-03D (Binh Phuoc), 61-01D (Binh Duong), the maintenance of motor vehicle inspection activities will be evaluated.
Inspection centers 37-10D (Nghe An), 99-06D (Bac Ninh), 77-01S (Binh Dinh), the inspection team will conduct assessment and certification of eligibility for motor vehicle inspection activities.
The inspection team's mission is to inspect and evaluate the conditions for motor vehicle inspection activities of inspection centers according to the provisions of Decree 139/2018/ND-CP regulating the business of motor vehicle inspection services; Circular 18/2019 of the Ministry of Transport guiding the implementation of Decree 139 and National Technical Regulations on motor vehicle inspection units (QCVN 103:2019/BGTVT).
The delegation conducted the inspection and assessment from May 29 to June 20 at the inspection centers, aiming to reopen and maintain the operation of inspection centers nationwide, contributing to increasing inspection productivity and making efforts to serve the needs of people and businesses.
Recently, the Ministry of Transport sent a document to the Vietnam Register requesting urgent solutions to develop motor vehicle inspection service prices in accordance with legal regulations, and submit them to the Ministry of Transport before June 7, 2023.
