Training on professional skills for military managers and preschool teachers in 2025

The training conference was attended by more than 140 managers and preschool teachers from 11 units under the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense with preschool education facilities throughout the army. The conference aims to promptly update and supplement new knowledge; foster and improve the qualifications, capacity, skills, management methods, and task organization for the team of managers and preschool teachers throughout the army.

During the 4 days, delegates were introduced to 6 topics by senior experts from the Ministry of Education and Training ; Hanoi National University of Education, Viettel Academy, including: Instructions on STEM/STEM education in preschool education; instructions on organizing practical experiences of scientific discovery for preschool children in the direction of capacity development; instructions on developing school education programs in preschool educational institutions; instructions on improving creativity and artistic appreciation for preschool children through creative activities; instructions on some technology applications in organizing educational activities for preschool children and the topic of instructions on applying AI in preschool education.

Before the training, delegates went to Factory Z117, General Department of Defense Industry to visit the facilities, models and teaching methods at Hoa Phuong Kindergarten (Factory Z117), a school recognized as meeting national standards level 1.
