Nearly 1,700 high school managers and teachers receive professional training

The training courses are held at 2 locations to facilitate the movement of trainees. Location 1 includes schools in the southern region of the province (schools in the former Yen Bai province); Location 2 includes schools in the northern region of the province (schools in the former Lao Cai province).

During the training period, trainees were equipped with knowledge on the following contents: teaching difficult topics, STEM education , nurturing excellent students, gifted students, admission to grade 10, reviewing for high school graduation exams; developing and implementing lesson plans in the direction of developing students' qualities and abilities; innovating testing and evaluating students in the direction of developing students' qualities and abilities; applying information technology and digital transformation in teaching and learning.

At the end of the training session, trainees will do a review, evaluation, summary and draw lessons from the training session.

Based on the training content, managers, key staff of departments, and teachers participating in the training are responsible for implementing the training content at the unit.

Through the training course, trainees will improve their professional and technical capacity to meet the requirements of the 2018 General Education Program; develop the self-study and self-training capacity of teachers and managers, and the capacity to organize and manage training activities and foster teachers and managers of general education institutions in the province.
