The program is an activity to implement Plan No. 65 dated May 24, 2023 of the Central Youth Union on implementing Decision No. 1314 dated November 1, 2022 of the Prime Minister approving the project "Discovering, nurturing and promoting young Vietnamese talents for the period 2022-2030".

"Science zone" in 2024 aims to create an environment for exchange and sharing between scientists and experts in Vietnam and internationally with students; provide knowledge about advanced scientific fields; share new research results, perspectives, and academic exchanges with students.

In addition, the program is expected to create opportunities to explore abilities, develop critical thinking skills and interact with individuals with similar research interests, foster a passion for science, and inspire future scientists.

At the same time, "Science zone" in 2024 also aims to create opportunities for students to experience and participate in scientific research and technology development projects, innovation associated with deepening the role of the Youth Union in connecting and promoting young Vietnamese talents.

It is known that the guests attending the program are young scientists at home and abroad who have won the Golden Globe Science and Technology Award, the Vietnam Science and Technology Female Student Award, the Khue Van Cac Award as well as prestigious and experienced experts who are capable of exchanging academic knowledge and inspiring science for young people.

The show has begun filming for its first episodes.

The program takes place at creative spaces, research centers... of universities and is recorded in 4 episodes with the following topics: Applying AI in learning and scientific research; Learning about astronomy and space technology; Creativity with STEM; Blockchain technology for everyone.
