From July 1, 2025, the operation of 4-wheel electric vehicles will comply with the new regulations of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety and Decree 158/2024/ND-CP of the Government. Therefore, from the beginning of April 2025, the Traffic Police Department has coordinated with the police of the wards to organize propaganda for units and businesses with vehicles participating in tourism services to commit that the operating vehicles must ensure regulations on registration and technical safety certification. Electric vehicles are only allowed to operate until June 30, 2025 to wait for the organization to install a speed limit sign of 30km/h. Electric vehicles carrying more people than the prescribed number, and passenger cars stopping and parking arbitrarily, causing traffic obstruction are strictly prohibited.

On the other hand, Sam Son City has developed a plan to assign functional units to strengthen the management of business activities for 4-wheel electric vehicles. In particular, it requires business units operating electric vehicles to propagate and train electric vehicle drivers to improve service quality, master the regulations and rules of electric vehicle operations. At the same time, it requires vehicles participating in activities to be registered and inspected; electric vehicle drivers must have a class B2 driver's license...; electric vehicles are only allowed to operate within the routes approved by the City People's Committee.

With the implementation of the traffic organization plan, tightening vehicle control by the Traffic Police Department will contribute to maintaining public order and traffic safety, preventing traffic jams, ensuring safety for tourists when coming to Sam Son, thereby contributing significantly to improving service quality, building culture, tourism civilization, building a beautiful image of Sam Son tourism in the hearts of tourists.
