The Provincial People's Committee requests that petrol and oil retail establishments in the province that are currently issuing electronic invoices for each sale through the use of POS machines/sales apps installed on tablets/phones, AI cameras, and manually urgently contact suppliers of automatic connection petrol and oil measuring column equipment solutions to convert to automatic connection solutions, ensuring completion in the first quarter of 2025.

All businesses and retail stores selling gasoline must issue electronic invoices for each sale and ensure the conditions for gasoline trading throughout the entire operation in accordance with current regulations of law.

In case of detecting enterprises and petrol retail stores intentionally violating regulations on issuing electronic invoices for each sale, the Provincial People's Committee shall direct competent agencies to consider revoking the Certificate of eligibility for petrol trading according to regulations; at the same time, publicize information of enterprises and petrol retail stores that violate regulations.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Tax Department to monitor and guide enterprises and retail stores of petroleum to implement the above contents in accordance with regulations; during the implementation process, if any problems arise, promptly summarize and report to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and handling.

Departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities closely coordinate with tax authorities to propagate, inspect, examine, manage taxes and strictly handle according to law for cases where there are regulations on the use of electronic invoices but they are not implemented.
