Over the past 5 years of implementation, the Party Committee of Division 3 has closely led and directed the organization of studying, disseminating, propagating, and implementing Resolution No. 35 of the 12th Politburo, resolutions, directives, and instructions from above on the struggle to protect the Party's ideological foundation with many diverse and rich forms, ensuring strictness, seriousness, quality, and effectiveness.

Every year, the Party Committee of Division 3 has issued the program of activities of the Steering Committee 35 of the Party Committee of the Division and the Operation Plan of the force participating in the struggle to protect the Party's ideological foundation, to fight against erroneous and hostile viewpoints (Force 47); concretizing the tasks and solutions to implement Resolution No. 35 into the Resolution on leadership of the implementation of monthly, quarterly and annual tasks of Party committees at all levels, close to the practical conditions and tasks of each agency and unit.

At the same time, 9 training courses were organized for "Force 47". The content of the training courses focused on: General information on the economic, cultural and social development situation, the impacts of the internet and social networks on all aspects of social life; requirements for protecting the Fatherland and national security in cyberspace; training on the process of fighting in cyberspace; skills in creating pages and groups on Facebook, Zalo, Mocha; technical fighting skills, diluting information, fighting, preventing and removing bad, toxic and false information on social networks; propagating and sharing positive information.

From 2019 to present, the unit's pages and groups have posted nearly 100,000 articles, with more than 2 million comments. "Force 47" of Division 3 has always fulfilled its tasks well, contributing to raising political awareness, maintaining the Party's ideological position in the unit, overcoming signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle of cadres, party members and the masses; while spreading the image and good qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers to the social network community, which has been highly appreciated by the Standing Party Committee and the Command of Division 3.

In addition, Division 3 organized and participated in a political writing contest on protecting the Party's ideological foundation, attracting a large number of cadres, party members and the masses in the unit to participate. Organized drills, participated in technical struggles, and reported 98 malicious accounts with articles distorting, slandering, and defaming the Party, the State, the Army and our people. Organized a contest for articles with the highest number of interactions each month, as one of the criteria for calculating quarterly and annual emulation points. Timely commended and rewarded active groups and individuals with good, creative, and effective ways of working to protect the Party's ideological foundation.

At the conference, opinions frankly pointed out the limitations, shortcomings, causes, and drew lessons. At the same time, tasks and solutions were proposed to continue improving the quality and effectiveness of the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation; fighting against wrong views and bad and toxic information in the coming time.

Also at the conference, Division 3 awarded certificates of merit to 5 collectives and 9 individuals with outstanding achievements in 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 35 of the 12th Politburo on "Strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation; fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation".
