In the morning, the National Assembly listened to: The Government's report and the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee's verification report on thrift practice and waste prevention in 2022; the report on the draft Law and Ordinance Development Program for 2024, and adjustments to the Law and Ordinance Development Program for 2023.

After that, the National Assembly discussed the draft Law and Ordinance Development Program for 2024 and adjusted the Law and Ordinance Development Program for 2023.

In the afternoon, the National Assembly listened to: The Government's submission and the Finance and Budget Committee's verification report on the assignment of the list and capital levels for tasks and projects under the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program; assignment, adjustment and supplementation of the medium-term public investment plan of the central budget for the period 2021 - 2025 and allocation of the central budget investment plan in 2023 of the national target program; Report on explanation, acceptance and revision of the draft Law on Prices (amended).

After that, the National Assembly discussed some contents with different opinions of the draft Law on Prices (amended).
