Tien Trang Marine Eco-Tourism Area - an attractive destination, attracting many tourists.

After more than 2 years of being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, this year, Tien Trang Marine Ecotourism Area (Tien Trang Commune) has been identified by Quang Xuong District as a key destination in developing marine tourism - the local spearhead economic sector, with many positive changes and a fresher, more attractive look. Currently, in Tien Trang Commune, there are 13 accommodation establishments with 117 rooms qualified to serve tourists. This year, accommodation establishments are all interested in improving their facilities and purchasing equipment to improve the quality of service to tourists. In addition, the establishments have also focused on promotion and introduction, especially taking advantage of digital platforms to promote tourism images and services. The whole commune has 12 food service establishments, 32 entertainment establishments, and trading establishments serving tourism. In addition, in the commune, there are currently many shops and businesses introducing and trading local specialties and OCOP products. This is also a new feature in the 2023 summer tourist season at Tien Trang Marine Ecotourism Area.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam (Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi) shared: "Every year, my family chooses Tien Trang for vacation. This year, my family went with more than 10 people. Basically, the rooms are quite good, the beach area is arranged in a neat and orderly manner, ensuring environmental hygiene. The beaches all have danger warning signs, and there are lifeguards on guard at the watchtower on the shore, so it is quite safe. The prices for food and drinks are "softer" than other beach tourist destinations. In particular, many restaurants, eateries, and beverage shops have focused on improving the quality of dishes, as well as attentive customer service. My family and I really like Tien Trang beach because of its natural beauty, peace, and lack of noise and chaos." Not only Ms. Tam, many tourists from inside and outside the province have chosen Tien Trang beach as a summer vacation destination this year.

Vice Chairman of Tien Trang Commune People's Committee Trinh Viet Ha said: To bring satisfaction to tourists, the Commune People's Committee has issued and implemented a plan to ensure conditions for serving tourists in 2023. In particular, completing the survey and marking the safety boundary to put Tien Trang beach into operation to serve tourists, combining with marine eco-tourism, cuisine, resort and entertainment. At the same time, encouraging households participating in tourism service businesses to invest in facilities, license the operation of means of serving tourists; organizing training, equipping knowledge and skills to serve the exploitation of community tourism, experiential tourism in local craft villages and neighboring coastal communes. Improve the quality and diversify the processing methods of marine products, especially local specialties such as seafood dishes... These are all tourism products that have been innovated this year, receiving satisfaction from tourists.

A new point in improving the quality of services at Tien Trang Eco-tourism Area this year is that the Commune People's Committee has established working groups to ensure security and order, rescue, environmental sanitation, and food safety at Tien Trang beach. At the same time, watchtowers have been built and rescue forces have been deployed daily on the beach to carry out warnings, rescues, and rescues when necessary. In addition, to ensure the safety of beachgoers, Tien Trang Commune has installed prohibition and danger warning signs, and applied beach operating regulations for tourists to know and follow; installed additional security cameras at the beach and places where many tourists gather; and has not yet allowed jet ski services to operate. Environmental sanitation is ensured, and the authorities have maintained inspection, supervision, and handling of cases of poor implementation or violations of the law on tourism business.

Thanks to strong innovations and continuous improvement of tourism service quality, since the beginning of the year, Tien Trang commune is estimated to have welcomed over 30,000 visitors, with revenue of about 15 billion VND, basically completing the target for the whole year of 2023. This is quite an impressive figure for Tien Trang commune's sea tourism in particular and Quang Xuong district in general. Thereby, continuing to affirm the important position of Tien Trang Marine Ecotourism Area in the sea tourism development strategy of Quang Xuong district.

Comrade Nguyen Huy Nam, Vice Chairman of Quang Xuong District People's Committee, said: Quang Xuong District's tourism focuses on sea tourism and is currently in the infrastructure investment phase. Implementing the Project "Developing Quang Xuong District Tourism to 2030" approved by the Provincial People's Committee, currently in the district, there are investors implementing sea tourism development projects such as: Soto Company Limited (Tien Trang Marine Eco-tourism Project, Tien Trang Sports Eco-Urban Area); ORG Group (Coastal Urban Tourism Project in Quang Nham and Quang Thach communes); Thanh Van Company Limited (Quang Luu Marine Eco-tourism Project); A&T Vietnam Urban Development Investment Company Limited (Farmstay Eco-tourism Resort in Quang Luu)...

With many potentials and advantages, Quang Xuong district has been and is continuing to call for, attract investment and implement many solutions to improve the quality of sea tourism services, associated with enhancing tourism products such as sea bathing, exploring natural beauty, community tourism, culinary discovery tourism, and tourism experiencing sea craft villages. At the same time, building tours connecting sea tourism destinations with historical and spiritual relics in the district... From there, building the image of a safe, friendly, civilized, hospitable and quality sea tourism destination to attract more and more domestic and international tourists. At the same time, affirming that investment in sea tourism development is an important strategy in the socio-economic development of Quang Xuong district.
