Quang Ninh Lung Hospital
Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee has approved the investment project to upgrade and expand Quang Ninh Lung Hospital with the scale of expanding the area, repairing, upgrading and building new works, ensuring synchronous facilities. Increasing the scale from 200 beds to 330 beds.
Including the construction of a new 11-storey technical, professional, treatment and nutrition building. A new infection control building (2 floors), a new infectious waste storage and treatment building (1 floor), a public house (5 floors) and some auxiliary works.
In addition, 443 additional devices in 45 categories of specialized medical equipment for hospitals will be invested.
The project has a total investment of 631 billion VND from the provincial budget and the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group (TKV) supports 245 billion VND. The project is assigned to the Provincial Management Board of Investment and Construction of Civil and Industrial Works as the investor.
Quang Ninh Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Xuan Ky emphasized that the investment in upgrading Quang Ninh Lung Hospital is very important, contributing to improving the ability to treat and care for people's health, especially occupational diseases for workers and laborers in the coal industry.
More importantly, with the goal of building Quang Ninh Lung Hospital into a national and regional lung specialty center, attracting good doctors and high-quality medical personnel.
Jinko Solar PV Vietnam Photovoltaic Cell Technology Project
Jinko Solar PV Vietnam Photovoltaic Cell Technology Project has officially started and put into production to complete the large-scale solar panel production line in Quang Ninh province.
The project has an investment capital of over 17,400 billion VND, land use area of 31.3 hectares.
This project is in the group of projects with high investment rates in current industrial parks of Quang Ninh province.
When the project is put into operation at 100% capacity, it will generate estimated revenue of over 101,000 billion VND and export 100% to European and American markets.
After the preferential period, the project will contribute to the budget 1,427 billion VND/year (equivalent to 62 million USD/year) through corporate income tax and create jobs for about 4,500 workers with an average salary of about 13 million VND/person/month.
Quang La Secondary and High School
Quang La Secondary and High School was established in 2006, the school's facilities were taken over and reused from an old secondary school. The school has only 11 classrooms, with 18 classes (8 secondary classes and 10 high school classes), the whole school has 638 students (268 secondary students and 370 high school students), of which ethnic minority students (Dao, Tay, Hoa) account for 61.4% and 45 staff, teachers and employees.
The school's facilities cause many difficulties, lack of classrooms, no areas for physical education and national defense education activities.
After just over 9 months of construction, Quang La Secondary and High School was completed ahead of schedule. The project has a total planned construction area of 4.17 hectares.
Of which, the land for school construction is nearly 2.8 hectares with a scale of 2 blocks of 4-storey classrooms, 1 block of 4-storey headquarters, 2 parking lots and a connecting road from the school to National Highway 279.
In addition, the school has also built a new multi-purpose building with an area of 640 m2. All facilities are invested synchronously, ensuring quality, meeting the teaching and learning needs of teachers and students in the area, meeting the learning needs of about 1,080 students, equivalent to 51 classrooms. The total investment of the approved project is 197.5 billion VND from the provincial budget with targeted support for the city budget and the city budget balance.
Cam Pha High School
The project to expand and build a new Cam Pha High School will start construction in October 2022 and be completed and put into use in September 2023.
The project has a total investment of 289 billion VND, of which the provincial budget supports 170 billion VND, the rest comes from the Cam Pha city budget.
The school is built on an area of 1.5 hectares to meet the needs of about 1,500 students. With the completion of 36 classrooms, a principal's office, functional rooms, a multi-purpose hall and auxiliary items according to the approved planning. The project meets the teaching and learning needs of the school, meeting the criteria of a national standard school according to regulations.
CDC Quang Ninh project
CDC Quang Ninh project is designed with a scale of 9 floors (8 floors above ground, 1 basement), total usable area of over 14,233m2, synchronous, modern, continuous investment, suitable for the most advanced usage functions today.
Along with that are auxiliary works and technical infrastructure outside the house, specialized medical equipment including a virus load testing system, respiratory function meter, protein extraction kit, multi-parameter toxic gas meter, low background alpha and beta total radioactive activity measuring device... with a total investment of 250 billion VND.
Quang Ninh Province Geriatric and Rehabilitation Hospital
The Quang Ninh Provincial Geriatric and Rehabilitation Hospital project was approved by the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee on October 30, 2018 and started construction on August 19, 2019 with a total investment of VND 429 billion.
The project is built on an area of 44,020m2, with a capacity of 320 beds in Dai Yen ward, Ha Long city.
When put into use, the project will have an area of over 18,000m2, with 18 departments, functional rooms and a workshop for manufacturing supporting instruments. The hospital has also invested in many modern, specialized equipment to meet the needs of examination and treatment.
Since the hospital officially opened its new headquarters until September 30, it has received 7,256 patients for examination and treatment. Of these, 6,828 were inpatients with 110,700 bed days, reaching a capacity of 115.5% compared to the plan.
