Speaking at the opening of the Dialogue Program, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Nguyen Thi Ha emphasized that 2024 will mark the development of science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation, creating a solid foundation for the digital economy. Artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain technology are widely applied in many fields, helping to improve efficiency and optimize work processes. The Government and businesses have promoted digital transformation, bringing digital platforms into management, production, and services, contributing to improving labor productivity and quality of life. The startup and innovation ecosystem has been expanded, attracting the participation of many young talents with breakthrough ideas. These achievements contribute to creating momentum for economic growth and enhancing national competitiveness in the digital age.

Today's dialogue program is a very meaningful occasion for the Government and the Prime Minister to listen to the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of young people in studying, starting a business and their aspirations to master science and technology to develop the country; at the same time, it demonstrates the affection, responsibility and deep concern of the Party, the State and the Prime Minister personally towards young people, in order to further promote the spirit of vanguard and volunteerism of young people in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Ha said that, with a deep and full awareness of the role and responsibility of youth, our Party always pays special attention to youth, wishing to build a generation of Vietnamese youth who are comprehensively developed, have courage, intelligence, great ambition, a spirit of dedication, are not afraid of difficulties and are constantly creative, becoming a powerful force, continuing the glorious cause of the Party and the nation. That is fully demonstrated in the Resolutions and Directives of the Party, policies and laws of the State, thereby deeply, positively and effectively impacting the development of youth, especially in the context of building a digital society, digital citizens, and developing a digital economy.

At the dialogue with the theme "Vietnamese youth pioneering the development of science and technology, innovation and national digital transformation", Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Ha suggested that union members and young people boldly put forward ideas, propose initiatives, share experiences and valuable contributions so that the Government, ministries and branches can absorb, research and develop appropriate policies, creating the most favorable conditions for youth development.
