The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Office and relevant agencies, units and localities to advise the Provincial People's Committee's Party Committee to propose the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to organize meetings and encourage village/block leaders and equivalents (Party cell secretaries, village/block heads, heads of the Front work committee) in the province on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025 in the form of direct and online communication to the communes.

In particular, research and propose the organization and gift giving to all delegates at the meeting at the rate of 1 million VND/person and consider and award Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee Chairman to about 100 individuals with outstanding achievements in the past time.
