On the morning of October 11, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a conference to disseminate and implement documents of the Politburo and Secretariat (13th tenure). Comrade Doan Minh Huan, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the conference.

Also attending were comrade Dinh Viet Dung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; comrades members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; comrades members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; comrades Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries of Party delegations, Party Executive Committees of the province; leaders of departments, branches, sectors, and mass organizations of the province; members of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee; Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, Heads of the Propaganda Department, Chiefs of Offices of district, city Party Committees, and affiliated Party Committees; Central and provincial reporters.

At the conference, delegates listened to Comrade Tong Quang Thin, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, disseminate Directive No. 31-CT/TW dated March 19, 2024 of the Secretariat on continuing to strengthen the Party's leadership over occupational safety and hygiene in the new situation; Directive No. 37-CT/TW dated July 10, 2024 of the Secretariat on innovating vocational training for rural workers to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas; Directive No. 38-CT/TW dated July 30, 2024 of the Secretariat on Promoting national standards, measurements and quality work to 2030 and the following years; Conclusion No. 86-KL/TW dated July 10, 2024 of the Secretariat on developing Vietnamese Traditional Medicine and the Vietnam Oriental Medicine Association in the new period; Conclusion No. 91-KL/TW dated August 12, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW dated November 4, 2013, Session XI on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the context of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration.

Delegates also listened to Comrade Bui Mai Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, disseminate Conclusion No. 84 dated June 21, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 23 of the 10th Politburo on continuing to build and develop literature and arts in the new period.

The conference also heard comrade Le Huu Quy, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, disseminate Regulation No. 178-QD/TW dated June 27, 2024 of the Politburo on controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in law-making work.

Delegates also listened to Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Cao Son thoroughly grasp Conclusion No. 81-KL/TW dated June 4, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution of the 11th Central Committee, Session 7, on proactively responding to climate change, strengthening resource management and environmental protection.

Concluding the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Doan Minh Huan affirmed: The documents disseminated at this conference have practical significance, demonstrating the Party's leadership and direction on many issues of social life, which need to be localized and subjectified for serious and effective implementation in the coming time.

The Provincial Party Secretary also discussed and emphasized some core contents in the Central documents such as: Ensuring occupational safety and hygiene; responding to climate change, environmental industry, circular economy, carbon credits, biosphere reserves, heritage conservation; education and training issues; issues of power control, preventing and combating corruption and negativity, etc.

These are extremely important contents. Party committees and organizations at all levels promptly concretize the contents of the Party's directives, conclusions, regulations, programs, plans and deploy implementation, promptly put the resolutions, directives, regulations, and conclusions of the Politburo and Secretariat into life, practically contributing to the successful implementation of the set political goals and tasks, striving to turn Ninh Binh into a centrally-run city by 2035 with the characteristics of a millennium heritage urban area and a creative city.
