The soup served with mussel rice or the broth of mussel noodles is the mussel broth, which has a characteristic light green color. The broth is not seasoned, and when eaten, it has a distinctive mussel flavor, which is hard to confuse with any other mussel rice restaurant.

In addition to fresh mussels, diners also eat raw vegetables, seasoned with fragrant shrimp paste typical of Hue, slightly spicy fresh chili... A bowl of rice cannot lack crispy fried pork skin and shredded mango, banana flower, peanuts...

Surprisingly, with such quality of food, the prices at Be Liem are very cheap. For only 15,000 VND, diners can enjoy a full, delicious bowl of mussel rice or mussel noodles.

In addition to mussel rice and mussel noodles, the restaurant also serves other side dishes such as stir-fried mussels, mussel porridge, mussel noodles... to dishes such as flan (caramel), fresh coconut water... with prices ranging from 5,000 to 25,000 VND.

The restaurant is open almost all day, from 6am to 7pm, convenient for both those who want to enjoy a light breakfast and those looking for a dinner rich in Hue flavors.

The location of the restaurant is also a big plus. The restaurant is located at 64 Nguyen Cong Tru Street, Phu Hoi (on the other side of the Huong River from Hue Imperial City), close to the bustling Vo Thi Sau walking street at night. Visitors can get to the restaurant by motorbike, taxi... and easily go to other entertainment venues in the city center.

Ms. Nhan Thanh ( Hue ) shared: "I have been eating at this restaurant for 5 years. The owner is gentle and hospitable. The service is quick. My favorite restaurant, no matter where I go, it can't compare to this restaurant."

Thanh Mai (Dong Nai) traveled nearly 1,000 km from the South to Hue to enjoy the cuisine of the ancient capital. She shared with Lao Dong when she tried both mussel rice and mussel noodles for the first time: "The flavor is quite special, a perfect combination of sour, spicy, and sweet flavors. The rice has a little less mussels, but the mussel soup is quite flavorful. To compare, I would prefer mussel noodles more, but I would still rate both dishes about 8/10 points."
