At the Hoi Thong sea dike (Dan Hai commune, Ha Tinh province), one of the coastal vulnerable points, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha and the working delegation inspected the actual dike reinforcement work in heavy rain and strong winds. More than 200 officers and soldiers of the Ha Tinh provincial armed forces, along with militia and youth union members, are urgently transporting materials, reinforcing the dike roof, and inserting sandbags to prevent landslides, ensuring safety before the storm makes landfall.
Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha praised the urgent spirit and the efforts of the forces on the dike line, regardless of difficulties and hardships.

According to forecasts, Ha Tinh is one of the localities likely to be directly affected by storm No. 5. Forces are urgently deploying storm prevention plans according to the "4 on-site" motto, protecting people's lives and property.
On the same morning, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha visited and encouraged people being evacuated at Dan Hai Primary School, Dan Hai Commune, Ha Tinh Province.
