Speaking at the opening of the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh quickly informed about the results of the organization of the Party Congresses of communes and wards. Tuyen Quang is the second province in the country to complete the congresses at the commune and ward levels early; the documents of the grassroots congresses clearly demonstrate the spirit of promoting values, crystallizing collective intelligence, and thoroughly assessing the tasks of the coming period with an open vision and new development space. During the organization of the congress, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and members of the Provincial Party Committee attended and directed the congresses in localities to encourage, cheer, and motivate.

Comrade Hau A Lenh emphasized that the Draft Political Report submitted to the Provincial Party Congress this time is not only a summary of the past journey but also a "compass" to guide the development of the whole province in the new period, especially after the merger of the two provinces. The Political Report needs to have solutions that are close to local reality; maximize potential and strengths, and at the same time arouse the aspirations of each cadre, party member and citizen. Consulting the opinions of former leaders through the periods is a demonstration of the spirit of seeking knowledge, respecting the experience and wisdom of the previous generation of cadres. Today's contributions not only contribute to perfecting the document, but also add strength and confidence for us to enter the new term with the highest determination.

The opinions expressed at the conference unanimously assessed: The draft political report submitted to the 18th Provincial Party Congress was carefully prepared, scientific, tight in structure, concise in content but still complete and comprehensive, clearly reflecting the key areas that the Party Committee leads and directs. The goals, directions, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 period were assessed as being suitable for practice, feasible, highly directional and actionable. The Congress theme: "Promoting the tradition of the revolutionary homeland; enhancing the Party's leadership capacity; firmly protecting national border sovereignty; joining hands and determination to successfully achieve the goals by 2030; firmly stepping into the era of national development" was considered concise, succinct, clearly demonstrating local characteristics and development aspirations.

Opinions also emphasized that the province's tourism potential is huge and needs to be identified as one of the breakthrough tasks and additional solutions to exploit this potential to the fullest; strengthen propaganda for young people about the revolutionary tradition of the homeland and national sovereignty. Opinions also expressed the solidarity, strong will, and revolutionary tradition of the people of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang. That requires solutions to promote that noble value through revolutionary movements; solutions to help people in border areas develop the economy; focus on developing urban and industrial areas; build a team of cadres to meet the requirements of the new stage... to build Tuyen Quang worthy of being a revolutionary homeland, the headland of the Fatherland.

Concluding the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh respectfully thanked, acknowledged and highly appreciated the dedicated and responsible opinions of the former key leaders of Ha Giang and Tuyen Quang provinces through the periods. Their contributions are valuable sources of documents, demonstrating their dedication, responsibility and affection for their homeland after the unification.

He affirmed that the Provincial Party Standing Committee will seriously study, fully absorb, and select appropriate contents to supplement and perfect the political report submitted to the Congress, ensuring that it not only accurately reflects reality and provides accurate orientation, but also arouses development aspirations, creates consensus and trust throughout the Party, government, and people.

He hoped that the former leaders would continue to pay attention, accompany, share experiences, and contribute their wisdom to the province during the preparation and organization of the Congress, as well as in implementing the goals and tasks after the Congress. With the unity of will and joint efforts of the entire political system and the people of all ethnic groups, he believed that Tuyen Quang would successfully achieve the goals by 2030, firmly stepping into the era of national development.
