Inspectors of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health suddenly inspected the Nanozelle International Aesthetic Training Institute and discovered that this place was providing medical examinations, skin injections, and training students in filler and botox injection techniques... without a license.
On March 4, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health Tang Chi Thuong said that the inspection team recorded that the ground floor of the facility on Nguyen Van Dau Street, Ward 5, Binh Thanh District is the reception area for guests. The second floor has skin care rooms, the third floor has a room equipped with beds, surgical lights and medical equipment and tools. The fourth floor is a training area for filler and botox injection techniques... The fifth floor is a dormitory for students.
Authorities discovered that this place kept many customer information cards for medical examination and treatment services. Three students staying on the 5th floor were waiting to be trained.
Representatives of this facility have not been able to provide invoices or documents proving the origin of products used for filler and botox injection techniques.

On its website and social networks, this facility posts advertisements for medical examinations and treatments and training of aesthetic students.
According to the report of the person claiming to be the facility manager, the customer information forms for medical examination and treatment such as dark circle injection, meso injection, botox injection, skin injection services... were performed by "Doctor Andy Lee" and several other doctors. However, this person has not provided information and professional qualifications, practice certificates of the above doctors.
The Health Department Inspectorate requested the facility to stop medical examination and treatment and training activities without a license, and remove advertising content in the medical field. The team kept products of unknown origin for processing.
The Department of Health Inspectorate coordinates with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Inspectorate to consider and strictly handle illegal cosmetic service training establishments. Earlier this year, the two Departments met to agree on coordinating the assessment and inspection of vocational education activities in the health care and beauty care sectors.
