On February 20, Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision on organizational structure and personnel work.

At the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Yen Mai, Head of the Organizing Committee of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, announced the decisions related to the merger of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee into the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, along with the decisions to end the activities of: Party delegations, Party executive committees; Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc and announced the Decision related to the establishment of Party Committees of Tay Ninh Provincial Party agencies...

The conference also heard Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, announce decisions related to the merger of departments and branches.

After the merger, Tay Ninh province will have 10 Departments and 2 equivalent agencies. Accordingly, the Department of Planning and Investment and the Department of Finance will be merged into the Department of Finance; the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs will be merged into the Department of Home Affairs; the Department of Transport and the Department of Construction will be merged into the Department of Construction; the Department of Information and Communications and the Department of Science and Technology will be merged into the Department of Science and Technology...

Merge the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development into the Department of Agriculture and Environment. Mr. Nguyen Dinh Xuan, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Tay Ninh province, was appointed as Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment along with 6 Deputy Directors.

The conference also announced retirement decisions for 19 officials under the management of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Pham Hung Thai, Standing Deputy Secretary of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, respectfully thanked the officials, leaders in the Party Committee, and members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee who voluntarily resigned from work and retired early to facilitate the implementation of the organization and streamlining of the apparatus.

In order for the political system to operate effectively after the organizational reorganization, Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee requested Party Committees, agencies and units, based on their prescribed functions and tasks, to promptly deploy work according to the new model, new organization, and quickly stabilize the organizational structure and personnel.
