Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu runs Nghe An Provincial Party Committee

On the morning of October 28, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held a conference to hand over the task of running the work of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, after Mr. Thai Thanh Quy - Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee was mobilized and appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Economic Commission.

At the conference, Mr. Thai Thanh Quy - Deputy Head of the Central Economic Commission, former Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee handed over the task to Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to manage the work of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee until the position of Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee is completed.

The handover contents include the tasks of the Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; on the dissemination and direction of the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the resolutions of the Central Committee and the Politburo; on the implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, the full-term and annual work programs of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; the arrangement and consolidation of the organizational apparatus, and the streamlining of the payroll according to the resolutions of the Central Committee and the conclusions of the Politburo; on the staff and other contents according to regulations.

Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu (57 years old), from Hung Linh commune, Hung Nguyen district, Nghe An province; master's degree in irrigation works management. Before becoming the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Hieu held the positions of Chief of Office of the Provincial Flood and Storm Prevention and Search and Rescue Command Committee, Secretary of Yen Thanh District Party Committee, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee.
