Meritorious Artist Vu Luan has just announced that he will withdraw from the nomination round of the 30th Golden Apricot Awards - 2024 organized by Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper.
"This year, there are many good roles in both reformed opera and drama. I want to give opportunities to young actors. I believe that the young actors who are selected will always strive to be worthy of the love that readers and audiences have for them" - Meritorious Artist Vu Luan expressed.

During the 30-year journey of the Mai Vang Awards, previously, People's Artist Le Thuy, MC Thanh Bach and Meritorious Artist Thoai My also announced their withdrawal from the voting round to give the opportunity to their juniors.
This year, Meritorious Artist Vu Luan has had many impressive roles. Among them, the role of Nguyen Trung Truc in the play "Hero of the Southern Land" brought him a gold medal at the 2024 Cai Luong Theater Festival held in Can Tho City.
