The 10th "Artist Tri Am" program was organized by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee - Ho Chi Minh City, the Ho Chi Minh City Association for the Support of Poor Patients and People's Artist Kim Cuong. The gifts included: rice, instant noodles, cooking oil, soy sauce, sugar, shirts... and 10 million VND in cash.

The echoes of the program honoring Diamond Lady organized by HTV on the evening of January 28th are still spreading. Putting aside the emotional feelings, she focused on giving gifts of the 10th "Intimate Artist" program.

She said that this year, despite economic difficulties, she has tried her best to raise funds from close friends and businesses to reach 1.2 billion VND to take care of poor and sick artists to welcome the New Year of the Dragon.

10 years ago, in 2014, People's Artist Kim Cuong founded a charity program with the theme "Soulmate Artists" with the aim of giving Tet gifts to poor and sick artists in many art fields such as: reformed opera, drama, circus, magic, music and dance.

Over the past 10 years, she has received help from many companies, businesses, traders from markets and close friends, people with golden hearts who always support this meaningful volunteer activity.

On the evening of January 28, 10 artists representing various fields including: People's Artist Hung Minh, Meritorious Artist Dieu Hien, Thanh Nguyet, Ngoc Dang (reformed opera), Dong Mai (circus), Mac Can (writer, magician), Ngoc Khanh, Ngoc Dung (traditional opera), Diem Kieu (spoken drama), Bo Bo Hoang (reformed opera) received awards in the program honoring the legendary actress Kim Cuong.

The remaining 110 people from the morning of January 30 were present at the headquarters of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in Ho Chi Minh City to express their joy and receive Tet gifts from the heart of People's Artist Kim Cuong.

"This may be my last year doing this program. I thank the benefactors and friends who, despite facing difficulties in business and trading, still kept their promise, always supported me, and brought meaningful Tet gifts to colleagues who are in need after leaving the stage. Even though I am no longer healthy enough to do it, I hope that my young colleagues will continue to stand by me and keep the program "Inspiring Artists". My family will keep the People's Artist Kim Cuong scholarship fund to give to studious artists' children who are in difficult circumstances" - People's Artist Kim Cuong emotionally said.

If in the previous 9 programs, People's Artist Kim Cuong helped stage artists and musicians who have made many contributions to the country's literary and artistic career, this year there are more artists in the fields of opera, circus, and magic that the program "10th Soulmate Artist" aims to reach.
