However, some units use this or that excuse to increase the fee by 30-40%. Therefore, I suggest that when foreign language and IT centers increase tuition fees, they must consider implementing them in accordance with regulations, reasonably, appropriately, in accordance with needs, and in accordance with the development of society.

In addition, foreign language and information technology centers must comply with State regulations on recruitment, employment, management and implementation of policies for employees. Recruitment of foreign teachers must ensure requirements on certificate qualifications.

Do not borrow the name to raise capital from parents and students

Regarding the remaining problems, Mr. Nam requested that foreign language and information technology centers must comply with regulations, ensure operating conditions; commit to teaching quality, gradually improve quality and maintain reputation to develop education and training with the city.

According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, the system of foreign language and information technology centers in Ho Chi Minh City is overcoming many difficulties to develop strongly. At the beginning of 2023, the city had only more than 700 foreign language and information technology centers, but now the whole city has more than 1,000 centers.
