From September 18 to 20, North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son-hui will visit St. Petersburg and attend the Eurasian Women's Forum.

According to TASS news agency, the above announcement was made by the Russian Embassy in Pyongyang on September 16.
Russian Ambassador Alexander Matsegora saw Foreign Minister Choe Son-hui off at Pyongyang International Airport to fly to Vladivostok on a regular flight of North Korean airline Air Koryo.
Choe Son-hui will then travel to St. Petersburg to attend the 4th Eurasian Women's Forum and the BRICS Women's Forum on September 18-20.
According to the Russian Embassy, Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui is expected to speak to delegates attending the forum and participate in discussions.
Also related to the situation in North Korea, the state-run Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported that the 14th Supreme People's Assembly (SPA) is scheduled to hold its 11th session on October 7 in the capital Pyongyang.
The session will focus on amending the Constitution and related issues such as the Law on Light Industry and the Law on Foreign Economic Affairs. In addition, the supervision of the implementation of the Product Quality Control Law will be on the agenda.
In January, at the 10th session of the 14th SPA, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un called for amending the Constitution, which mentioned relations with South Korea, as well as the feasibility of unification of the two regions.
