The first comprehensive training program was a great success.

Attending the event were Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Steering Committee for the celebration of major holidays and important historical events of the country in the period 2023-2025. Also attending was General Phan Van Giang, Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense .

Although this was the first time the parade and marching exercises for the A80 mission were held at Ba Dinh Square and took place at night, the event was successfully organized. Before that, the forces had more than 3 months of training and 4 times of combined training at the National Military Training Center 4. The combined training program at Ba Dinh Square had the participation of more than 16,000 officers and soldiers, including 43 walking groups, 18 standing groups, and 14 military and special artillery groups of the Army and Police.

According to the script, after the opening ceremony, the parade blocks, the National Emblem blocks, the Party flag blocks, the National flag blocks; the car carrying the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh ; the model block symbolizing the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; the command car, the car carrying the Quyet Thang Military Flag; the honor block of the military branches; the female military band block, the walking blocks, vehicles, artillery of the military branches of the Vietnam People's Army, the Vietnam People's Public Security... will march past the stage in front of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

This is the first time in 40 years since 1985 that large-scale vehicles, weapons, and equipment have returned to participate in the parade at Ba Dinh Square.
