Improve the efficiency of Association organizations

At the Conference, the Emulation Bloc of Provincial Social and Professional Associations set out many tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.

The emulation bloc of provincial social and professional associations has 19 member units; of which there are 5 organizations with staff, including: Red Cross Association, Oriental Medicine Association, Union of Science and Technology Associations, Literature and Arts Association, Journalists Association.

Over the past time, the Bloc has built regulations, action plans, emulation scoreboards, and emulation agreements. Units in the Bloc have promoted creativity, organized professional activities with high efficiency, creating a spread to promote emulation work, patriotism in a practical and meaningful way.

In addition to the achieved results, the Association's organizations still face certain difficulties, such as: Funding from the budget to support activities has not met the requirements of the tasks; implementing the policy of merging and streamlining the apparatus has not been stable, somewhat affecting the activities...

Delegates attending the Conference focused on discussing and evaluating the advantages and disadvantages in operations; proposing solutions to improve the operational efficiency and emulation and reward work of the Bloc in the last months of the year. At the same time, continue to effectively implement emulation movements launched by the Provincial People's Committee and the Emulation Bloc in conjunction with implementing the political goals and tasks of agencies and units.

At the Conference, representatives of the Association's organizations signed a competition agreement for the last 6 months of 2025.
