To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the complete Liberation of the South, the reunification of the country and to respond to the Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day, Nam Dinh Provincial Library organized the issuance of Library Cards; serving people to read books, newspapers, and magazines on-site, the event took place from April 29 to May 2.

Activities include: Organizing a gallery, introducing books; arranging book models according to the theme of celebrating the 50th anniversary of the complete Liberation of the South, reunification of the country (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), welcoming the 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. Through the event, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nam Dinh hopes to continue to build and develop the reading movement among all classes of people.
Along with that, the Department also serves readers to read books online with rich and attractive content such as: Ho Chi Minh electronic bookshelf; General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong electronic bookshelf; children's bookshelf (read pdf online and listen to audio online); general electronic bookshelf (including books on politics, history, literature, science, law...); online exhibition of publications and documents on the theme "The Great Victory of Spring 1975 - The strength of great national unity, the aspiration for peace , national independence and the will to unify the country".
