Accordingly, continue to organize dissemination, propaganda, and raise awareness of the basic content of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style among cadres, civil servants of the Front, members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels, and all classes of people, contributing to the completion of the province's socio-economic, defense-security, and foreign affairs goals and targets in 2024.

Focus on effectively implementing the following contents: Studying and following Uncle Ho and setting good examples for cadres, union members and members in the Vietnam Fatherland Front system and its member organizations; limiting the situation where cadres and civil servants of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at all levels and member organizations do not properly and fully perform their assigned duties and tasks.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels shall preside over and coordinate with member organizations to develop an implementation plan. In particular, focusing on promoting propaganda; concretizing the study and following of Uncle Ho in each activity content in 2024 to create a positive and strong change in the contingent of cadres and party members, especially leaders.

The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at district and commune levels shall preside over and coordinate with socio-political organizations at the same level to study and organize appropriate propaganda activities in the locality: seminars, thematic activities, competitions, performances, etc. to concretize and apply thematic contents into specific tasks and goals. Organize cadres and party members to commit to implementing the 2024 theme in conjunction with pushing back the situation of avoiding, shirking, and fearing responsibility.

Closely combine studying and following Uncle Ho through building and seriously implementing a plan to study and follow Uncle Ho in conjunction with the theme of Front work in 2024: “Innovate and improve the operational capacity of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels, promote their core role, and actively participate in supporting housing for poor and near-poor households in the province.”

Cadres, party members and workers in the Vietnam Fatherland Front system carry out the responsibility of setting an example in studying and following Uncle Ho's example, in conjunction with implementing the Party's regulations on the responsibility of setting an example, in which the vanguard and exemplary role of cadres and party members, especially leaders, is promoted.

Key leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels must have a firm ideology, correct viewpoints, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, and be devoted to the people; have a scientific, democratic, and practical leadership style; truly be the nucleus of solidarity, gathering, creating motivation, and promoting collective intelligence; and always uphold the principles of democratic, objective, and comprehensive centralism.
