Luyen shyly proposed to Liu?

Review of Life is Still Beautiful episode 37 aired on the evening of June 26 revealed the scene where Luyen (Thanh Huong) shyly gave Luu (NSUT Hoang Hai) a piece of paper and told him to read it carefully, sign it, and take it to the ward office to get it stamped.
