From April 30 to May 3, the total number of tourists to Hai Duong was about 188,355 (domestic tourists 183,594, up 32.2%; international tourists 4,761, up 52.9% over the same period last year). Total revenue from tourism reached 82.8 billion VND, up 40% over the same period last year.

The reason for the increase in the number of visitors is due to favorable weather. Many new tours have been formed such as tours in Con Son: heritage journey, journey to conquer Ban Co Tien, journey to discover the mystery of Ngu Nhac Linh Tu associated with many experiential activities such as meditation, running, chess, vegetarian cuisine...

Some prominent tourist destinations such as: Bach Dang walking street, Tue Tinh cuisine; Suot temple, Dong Ngo pagoda... (in Hai Duong city) attracted about 30,000 visitors. Con Son - Kiep Bac special national relic site had nearly 20,000 visitors. Co Island eco-tourism area (Thanh Mien) had more than 2,000 visitors...

During the April 30 - May 1 holiday, tourism activities in Hai Duong took place safely.
