As part of the plan to organize a series of 5-season Festival events in 2025, the Summer Festival is held in a jubilant and colorful manner with the theme: Summer Festival "Sa Pa - Land of Love".

A series of cultural events were organized to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere in the entire Party, the entire army and people of all ethnic groups, enthusiastically competing to achieve achievements to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025); International Labor Day, May 1.

The highlight of the Summer Festival is the Fansipan Rose Festival taking place at Fansipan Sa Pa Cable Car Tourist Area (from April 26 to the end of June 2025); "Sa Pa - Convergence of Colors" Street Festival (from April 25 to 27); reenactment of "Sa Pa Love Market" at Sa Pa Ethnic Culture Park (from 9:00 p.m. on April 26 and every Saturday).

In addition, many interesting experiential activities such as: Ethnic cultural space (starting from April 29 - May 2); opening program "Sa Pa - Land of Love" at San Quan (8:00 p.m. on April 29); art program "Sa Pa Dance" at San Quan (8:00 p.m. on April 30); art program "Summer Song" at San Quan (8:00 p.m. on May 1); Festival on Ham Rong Mountain (from April 30 - May 4); 4th "Sa Pa - Water Season" Run (expected in May 2025); International Yoga Day (June 2025); 8th Horse Hoof Festival on the Clouds (from June 29 - July 7)...
