In order to prepare for the development of industrial parks for the period up to 2030 and after 2030, Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee has agreed on the policy of stopping the implementation of the general planning of Dong Phu Industrial and Residential Park with a scale of about 6,317 hectares in Dong Phu district; at the same time, Resolution No. 09/NQ-TU dated June 13, 2023 on the 14th Conference of the 11th Provincial Party Executive Committee, resolving to approve the policy of establishing a general planning of Dong Phu Southeast Industrial Park.

According to Official Dispatch No. 3752/UBND-KT dated September 13, 2024 of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province on the unification of the location, area and boundary of the general planning of Dong Nam Dong Phu industrial parks, which includes the content: "Unification of the location, area and boundary of the general planning of Dong Nam Dong Phu industrial parks with an area of ​​about 4,196 hectares, along both sides of Dong Phu - Binh Duong road (after excluding national defense land from the planning of Dong Nam Dong Phu industrial parks); the location is in the area of ​​Tan Lap commune and Tan Hoa commune, Dong Phu district".

At the working session, organizations, residential communities, households and individuals in Tan Hoa commune and organizations, residential communities, households and individuals outside the commune who use land in Tan Hoa commune contributed their opinions, serving as a basis for completing the task profile and budget estimate for the General Planning for the construction of Dong Nam Dong Phu industrial parks.
