In order to have a basis for consulting and reporting to the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and proposal to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision to award Certificates of Merit and submit to the President for consideration and decision to award Labor Medals of various classes to collectives and individuals in Binh Dinh province according to regulations, the Department of Home Affairs publicly announced the list of 1 collective and 11 individuals proposed for commendation.

People's opinions must be sent to the Department of Home Affairs before April 7, 2025 for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
