On the morning of October 24, in Hai Ha district, Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Police, chaired a dialogue between the leaders of the Provincial Police and the Police of border communes, islands, and communes in ethnic minority areas in 2024.

The dialogue conference focused on answering and resolving many difficulties and obstacles related to the implementation of various aspects of work; the implementation of Resolution 12 dated July 25, 2022 of the Central Party Committee of the Public Security on continuing to promote the building of the Commune and Town Police to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation; coordination with forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level; personnel work, mobilization and rotation; training and fostering of expertise, profession, political ideology; difficulties and obstacles regarding facilities and living conditions of commune-level police officers and soldiers.

The dialogue program is an opportunity for the provincial police leaders to promptly grasp the ideological situation, thoughts and aspirations of the commune police officers and soldiers, in order to have a basis for leadership, direction and orientation of work in the police force of the whole province. Through the program, it contributes to building the police force of border communes, islands, and communes in ethnic minority areas to meet the requirements of the new situation, with revolutionary ideals, steadfast political will, absolute loyalty to the Party; enhance the sense of responsibility, strictly abide by discipline, and effectively perform assigned tasks.

Speaking at the dialogue, Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Police, commended and acknowledged the efforts of the police forces in border communes, islands, and ethnic minority areas in the province, who have overcome all difficulties, actively and synchronously implemented solutions, ensuring the progress and quality of the programs, goals, and targets set. At the same time, he requested the police of the communes to proactively advise local Party committees and authorities on ensuring security and order during the Lunar New Year 2025, ensuring security and safety for the Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025-2030, towards the election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Councils at all levels, term 2026-2031.

Continue to effectively implement solutions to sustainably maintain the results of building "Drug-free communes, wards and towns" to contribute to building "Drug-free districts". Effectively organize and implement the movement "People's Public Security studying and implementing Uncle Ho's six teachings" and the emulation movements "For the security of the Fatherland", associated with continuing to study and follow the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh. From there, create unity and solidarity within the organization, contributing to building a truly clean, disciplined, elite and modern Quang Ninh Public Security force, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
