Implementing the Central's regulations on superior Party committees attending Party activities at grassroots Party cells, on the afternoon of April 3, comrade Pham Duc An, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended a thematic activity at the Barracks Construction Team Party cell of the Logistics Department Party Committee, Provincial Police.

The Barracks Construction Team Party Cell has 12 party members, which is a party cell directly under the Logistics Department Party Cell, Provincial Police, with the function of assisting the Party Secretary and Head of Logistics Department in directing and organizing the implementation of management functions, guiding the construction of barracks, houses and land management of the Provincial Police and other contents according to the Decision of the Director of the Provincial Police.

The investment in building police headquarters at all levels plays an important role in promoting the building of a strong, disciplined, well-trained and modern People's Police force, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation in the spirit of Resolution No. 12-NQ/TW, dated March 16, 2022 of the Politburo and Action Program No. 18-CTr/TU, dated July 28, 2022 of the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee on implementing Resolution No. 12-NQ/TW.

With the function and task of presiding over the management of basic construction investment of the Provincial Police, in the past time, the Barracks Construction Team has advised the Party Committee and leaders of the Provincial Police to promptly and effectively implement the instructions of the superior Party organizations on the implementation of Resolution No. 12-NQ/TW of the Politburo and Resolution No. 12-NQ/DUCA of the Central Police Party Committee. Up to now, the Provincial Police has advised all levels to complete the investment in construction and put into use 4 provincial police headquarters, 7 district police headquarters, 47 commune police headquarters. Proposed land locations for building social housing for more than 400 officers and soldiers in need of housing.

Implementing the thematic activity plan, the Party cell selected the content "Promoting the pioneering role of Party members in implementing Resolution 12-NQ/TW of the Politburo; Resolution 12-NQ/DUCA of the Central Public Security Party Committee in investing in building police headquarters at all levels of the Quang Ninh Provincial Public Security and investing in building social housing for officers and soldiers of the Quang Ninh Provincial Public Security" to thereby have a multi-dimensional perspective on the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members in implementing the contents of the resolutions. Discussing the shortcomings, limitations, difficulties and obstacles, thereby identifying a number of key tasks and solutions in the new situation.

To achieve the goal of modernizing 6 forces of the Provincial Police in 2025 and by 2030 all forces will be modernized, Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police, requested the Chairman of the People's Committee to pay attention to directing and coordinating to remove difficulties and obstacles in implementing investment projects to build provincial and commune-level police headquarters; building social housing for officers and soldiers; pilot project to build an intelligent traffic management and operation system on National Highway 18A, Uong Bi - Ha Long section; model prisons, model drug rehabilitation centers... to soon complete the projects to contribute to the successful implementation of Resolution 12-NQ/TW of the Politburo and Action Program No. 18-CTr/TU of the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee.

On the side of the Barracks Construction Team Party Cell, the Party Secretary and Director of the Provincial Police Department requested that on the basis of the identified goals, the Party Committee of the Party Cell focus on analyzing, evaluating, and issuing resolutions to successfully carry out political tasks and have inspection and supervision. In addition, regularly pay attention to the work of building a regular, elite, and modern force; political and ideological work for officers and soldiers, grasp the thoughts, aspirations, difficulties, and problems and promptly report to competent authorities for resolution.
