At the conference, delegates were directly conveyed the contents and core values ​​of the article "Proud and confident under the glorious flag of the Party, determined to build an increasingly rich, civilized, cultured and heroic Vietnam" by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2024) by Professor, Dr. Phung Huu Phu, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Permanent Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council.

The article is structured into 3 parts, recreating and affirming the glorious traditions of the Party since its inception, leading the struggle for national independence, liberating the South, unifying the country until the Party led the overcoming of the consequences of war, carrying out the renovation and international integration.

In addition to pointing out the difficulties and challenges, the General Secretary also proposed important policies and guidelines to promote advantages and take advantage of opportunities to overcome challenges, in which the decisive solution is: "The work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system must be implemented resolutely, comprehensively, synchronously, regularly and effectively in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres. Firmly, creatively apply and develop Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought; improve the leadership, governing capacity and fighting strength of the Party;...".

Professor, Dr. Phung Huu Phu also introduced the content of the work "Building and developing a comprehensive and modern Vietnamese foreign affairs and diplomacy imbued with the identity of "Vietnamese bamboo" by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. These are the thoughts and viewpoints drawn from rich practice by the General Secretary, demonstrating the vision, clear-sighted intelligence, close, decisive, comprehensive and convincing direction of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, contributing to clarifying our Party's theoretical thinking on foreign affairs.

The work has raised the level of theory on Vietnamese diplomacy and is a necessary "handbook" to help Party committees, Party organizations, sectors, levels, cadres and Party members grasp and effectively implement foreign affairs work in the coming time.

Ninh Binh Provincial Party Secretary Doan Minh Huan emphasized that these are two works of profound ideological and theoretical value, helping cadres, party members and people of all walks of life to have a full and comprehensive understanding of the process of establishment, role, mission and dedication of the Party to the cause of national revolution and the consistent and continuous leadership and direction of our Party, headed by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, in building and implementing Vietnam's foreign policy and diplomacy in the new period.

To continue effectively implementing the political and ideological activities on the content of the works of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, comrade Doan Minh Huan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, suggested that in the coming time, Party committees and organizations at all levels continue to lead and direct the organization of conferences to study, research, and thematic activities on the content and core values ​​of the works for each cadre and party member to create a widespread influence, deeply penetrating the consciousness of each cadre and party member, turning awareness into concrete actions.

From there, each cadre and party member understands and continues to propagate to all classes of people about the glorious historical tradition of the Party as well as the thoughts, viewpoints and leadership of Vietnam's foreign affairs in the current period.

For the Provincial Political School, the Political Centers of districts and city Party Committees proactively organize seminars, conduct scientific research, and supplement the teaching content in the training and fostering programs of the school and the center.
