Attending the Congress were comrade Pham Thi To Hai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs; representatives of leaders of departments, branches and sectors of the province; former leaders of the commune through the periods and representatives of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of neighboring communes.
In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee, government and people of Krong commune have united to achieve and exceed the set targets and tasks.
The economy grew quite well, the economic structure shifted in the right direction. Of which, the total production value reached over 435 billion VND, the average growth rate was 8.05%/year. The average income reached over 35.4 million VND/person/year.
The national target programs have all achieved positive results. Up to now, the commune has achieved 13/19 new rural criteria, the poverty rate has decreased to 26.54%. Attention has been paid to investment in building essential infrastructure, especially projects to arrange, relocate and stabilize residents have been implemented in the villages of Tang Lang, So Lam, Hro and Klech.
Promoting the achieved results, in the 2025-2030 term, Krong strives to become a fairly developed commune of the province. Many key targets set by the Party Committee of the commune in the new term include: the growth rate of product value reaches 7%; the rate of population participating in health insurance reaches 93%; the rate of rural population using clean water reaches 100%; the rate of multidimensional poverty households decreases by an average of 5.79% annually...
Every year, the Party Committee of the commune successfully completes its tasks, the rate of party members completing their tasks well reaches 80%, the rate of party membership admission reaches 3% compared to the total number of party members.
Speaking at the Congress, comrade Pham Thi To Hai suggested that the Party Committee of Krong commune needs to focus on tasks and solutions, especially the 4 tasks and 3 breakthroughs to successfully implement the targets set out in the resolution.
Along with that, focus on building a clean and strong Party organization, improving the rate of Party membership admission and the quality of activities in village and hamlet Party cells; thoroughly grasping the Party's directives and resolutions, and putting the resolutions into practice.
In addition, comrade Pham Thi To Hai said that the area has a complex of revolutionary historical relics, so the locality needs to both preserve and maintain them, and consider them an advantage for tourism development. At the same time, focus on developing high-tech agriculture and livestock, thereby improving the lives of local people.
Along with forest protection and development, localities also need to exploit the value under the forest canopy; expand the area of forest protection contracted to people.
Regarding the implementation of a two-level local government, comrade Pham Thi To Hai suggested that localities should soon study, review, and arrange staff suitable for job positions to promote the effectiveness of professional work and areas of responsibility; at the same time, well implement social security policies.
Immediately after the Congress, the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee needs to discuss and agree on the assigned tasks; key tasks and breakthroughs must go hand in hand with specialized resolutions for implementation, and soon bring the resolutions into life.
The Congress announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on appointing the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and key positions of the Krong Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the Commune Party Executive Committee consists of 13 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Cong Dao was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee.
