Internal Affairs and Steering Committees at all levels continue to improve the effectiveness of research, propose the Party's viewpoints and policies on internal affairs, on preventing corruption, waste, negativity and judicial reform; focus on researching, advising, proposing, perfecting and improving the quality of draft documents for Party Congresses at all levels and Party Congresses; Advise and direct the supplementation and overcoming of loopholes and inadequacies, removing bottlenecks and bottlenecks in institutions in general, and in the field of preventing corruption, waste and negativity in particular, creating new momentum for the country's development.
