On June 17, according to information from the Kien Giang Department of Education and Training, to serve the 2023 high school graduation exam, the education sector has carefully prepared all conditions and facilities for the exam to take place safely and smoothly.
Accordingly, Kien Giang has 26 examination sites with 625 examination rooms, 52 spare rooms and 46 waiting rooms, to create the most convenience for candidates.

Kien Giang education sector also arranged 23 inter-school, inter-district/inter-city examination sites close to each other, to facilitate candidates taking the exam locally; mobilized 1,671 exam invigilators, and reserved 100 additional teachers.
Two districts did not arrange exam sites due to the small number of candidates taking the exam: Kien Hai (62 candidates) and Giang Thanh (130 candidates).
Up to this point, Kien Giang has 14,423 candidates registered for the exam, an increase of 48 candidates compared to the previous school year. Of these, more than 10,000 candidates registered for the social science subject combination exam, and more than 3,900 candidates registered for the natural science subject combination exam.
Kien Giang has established a test printing and copying committee located at the Department of Education and Training's quarantine area; strictly implementing the requirements of 3 independent quarantine rings, strictly protected, with adequate equipment, means of work, fire prevention and fighting.
Mr. Huynh Van Hoa, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Kien Giang, added that in addition to the final exam of the second semester using the province's common test, the Department also organizes a mock exam.
After the mock exam, the Department of Education and Training will assess and analyze the score distribution of each subject, ranking them according to the position of each school; at the same time, organize a conference to direct review, and immediately provide training for students who are weak in any subject, to ensure knowledge for students before the high school graduation exam, according to Mr. Hoa.
