Launch of the “Influencer Trust” and “Digital Trust” programs

Nearly 300 KOLs (influencers), along with managers, businesses, and platforms, attended the national conference “KOLs with the era of national growth”; with a call for the influencer community to join hands in building a safe and civilized cyberspace.

According to the National Cyber Security Association (NCA), on August 18, the conference "KOL with the era of national rise" (KOL summit 2025) organized by NCA in coordination with the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention and Control (A05, Ministry of Public Security ) will take place in Hanoi, gathering nearly 300 typical KOLs, representing 34 provinces and cities across the country.

This is the first national-scale event held in Vietnam to create a forum connecting the KOL community with managers, businesses and platforms, to accompany and spread values, towards the sustainable development of the country in the digital age.

With the theme “KOL with the era of national rise”, the conference aims to promote the positive role of KOL in building, protecting and developing the country, while affirming the responsibility of influential people in spreading positive, humane information and sustainable values to the community.

The conference will be an open forum where KOLs can share their journey to becoming “leaders”, listen, exchange and discuss directly with leaders of management agencies, businesses, and platforms to find solutions to promote positive influence and enhance the social responsibility of KOLs in building a safe digital Vietnam.

The event gathered many famous and influential faces such as People's Artist Xuan Bac, singer Tung Duong, rapper Den Vau, singer Ha Myo, Miss Bao Ngoc, Miss Thanh Thuy... and content creators in many fields such as MC Khanh Vy, Huy NL, Duy Tham, Meichan, Tina Thao Thi, Vinh Thich An Ngon, Tuan Ngoc Day, Hana Ban Me... Besides KOLs, the conference also had the participation of state management agencies, digital platforms TikTok, Meta and many large domestic enterprises and corporations.

One of the important highlights of the conference was the establishment of the “Digital Trust” Alliance, which brings together prestigious KOLs, businesses, press agencies and platforms to spread positive values, lead trust and build standards. The Alliance will act as a bridge between parties to promote transparency, professionalism and responsibility in activities in cyberspace.

The conference will also officially launch the “Influencer Trust” program, an initiative to promote “responsible influence” through communication campaigns, forming standards and ethical codes of the KOL community and a program to evaluate and certify the level of prestige, transparency, trust and responsibility of KOLs.

The program helps support management agencies, businesses, and brands in choosing suitable media partners, while protecting consumers from false content and disguised advertising.
