The program is aimed at contributing to improving the health and quality of life of Vietnamese youth, especially the age group of 10-24.

The Ministry of Education and Training has just coordinated with AstraZeneca Group and Plan International Vietnam to launch the second phase of the "Vietnam Youth Health" program (2023-2025), focusing on youth health and preventive interventions for common non-communicable diseases, such as cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and chronic lung disease.

The program is aimed at improving the health and quality of life of Vietnamese youth, especially those aged 10-24. The program aims to provide knowledge and skills related to the prevention of non-communicable diseases directly to about 49,300 Vietnamese youth in 29 high schools and universities; and provide information to about 300,000 people in the community through awareness-raising communication activities.
