Comrades Duong Van An - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Vo Thanh Binh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Nguyen Thi Thuan Bich - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Minh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the closing ceremony.

The first International Performing Arts Festival 2023 took place over 3 days (December 8-10) with many unique and novel programs and activities . The program left many emotions and impressions on the people of Binh Thuan province in particular and a large number of domestic and international tourists in general. In particular, the festival has won a lot of sympathy and opened up many sustainable cooperative relationships in the field of performing arts between Vietnam and countries around the world.

The festival has gathered the participation of nearly 300 actors and artists from art troupes from 30 countries around the world. With the main space being the stage on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street and other locations in Phan Thiet city. The festival has brought many unique art performances such as: street performances; international performances, outdoor world peace concerts and parades; symphony performances; grand concerts... The festival also has training activities on performing arts skills for students...

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mr. Lemisio Ponifasio, Ambassador of World Theatre said: Throughout the festival, we have honored and joined together with young people, the elderly, artists, cultural creators, performers and the whole community. Performing arts have their own unique nature. This festival will be a sustainable bridge for Vietnamese performing arts to the world, and world performing arts to Vietnam. Thereby opening up many new hopes for cultural cooperation and development.

At the closing ceremony, a large audience enjoyed the unique and impressive art performances from the art troupes. Artists from various countries gave their all on stage with performances imbued with their native cultures. They presented the audience with unique and colorful cultural colors in traditional music and dance. On this occasion, the Organizing Committee honored the units, organizations and individuals who contributed to the success of the festival.

The first International Performing Arts Festival in 2023 is organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Thuan province. This is an event in response to the National Tourism Year 2023 Binh Thuan - "Green Convergence". This is an activity to improve the spiritual life of the people, contributing to promoting the development of culture and tourism in the process of integration and sustainable development of Binh Thuan province.

The festival is an opportunity to introduce to friends and domestic and international tourists the unique cultural identity and performing arts of Binh Thuan province in particular and Vietnam in general. Above all, the festival has laid the foundation for building a cultural and tourism brand that is unique to the province, creating long-term and sustainable investment attraction in Binh Thuan.
