The Resolution stated that the Government highly appreciated the Government Inspectorate for actively and proactively coordinating with relevant ministries and branches to urgently develop and submit to the Government the draft Law on Inspection (amended) ensuring the content and progress as required by the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Prime Minister. Relevant ministries and agencies have actively contributed opinions and completed the draft Law on Inspection (amended) with a high sense of responsibility.

The draft Law on Inspection (amended) has been institutionalized in accordance with the policies and directions of the Politburo and the Secretariat in Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW dated February 28, 2025 on implementing research and proposing to continue to reorganize the apparatus of the political system and Conclusion No. 134-KL/TW dated March 28, 2025 on the Project to reorganize the inspection agency system to be streamlined, strong, efficient, effective and efficient. The Government basically agrees with the content of the draft Law on Inspection (amended) submitted by the Government Inspectorate to the Government in Submission No. 518/TTr-TTCP dated March 28, 2025.

The Government assigned the Government Inspectorate to preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to study and absorb the maximum opinions of Government members, and promptly complete the draft Law on Inspection (amended). The Government Inspector General was assigned, on behalf of the Prime Minister, to sign the Government's Submission on the draft Law on Inspection (amended) to submit to the National Assembly no later than April 15, 2025.
