Ngoa Van is one of 14 important relic sites in the Tran Dynasty Relic Site in Dong Trieu, which was ranked as a special national relic by the Prime Minister. This year, the ceremony took place with rituals of praying for national peace and prosperity, beating drums - ringing bells to open the festival...; incense offering ceremony at Ngoa Van Hermitage - Pagoda, a sacred place of Truc Lam Buddhism - where King Tran Nhan Tong practiced and became a Buddha.
After the ceremony, the festival program will take place with many cultural, artistic, sports and unique folk games; an area to introduce and sell typical OCOP products of 19 communes and wards in Dong Trieu city...

The 2025 Ngoa Van Spring Festival is held to commemorate the great contributions and great achievements of King Tran Nhan Tong. The festival is also an opportunity to honor cultural and historical values ​​and promote tangible and intangible cultural values. Thereby, contributing to raising public awareness of the importance of the Tran Dynasty National Special Relic Site in Dong Trieu - a cultural heritage associated with the prosperous dynasty and the career of King Tran.

The 2025 Ngoa Van Spring Festival will take place until the end of the third lunar month. During the festival, the Organizing Committee will regularly deploy and maintain activities to ensure security and order, fire prevention and fighting, and medical plans so that visitors can have a safe spring and festival season when returning to the Ngoa Van holy land.
