On September 14, the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) coordinated with the Trade Union University to organize the opening ceremony of the training course on theory and professional work of trade unions K284.

Attending the training course on theory and professional work of trade unions K284 were comrades: Dr. Nguyen Duc Tinh, Vice Principal of Trade Union University; Trinh Thi Hoa, Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor and 31 trainees who are full-time trade union officials and grassroots trade union officials in the province.

During the 3-month period, trainees will be equipped with basic knowledge about Vietnam Trade Unions; Labor Code and Trade Union Law; nature, position, role, functions and tasks of Vietnam Trade Unions; trade union activities skills such as: negotiation skills, signing and implementing collective labor agreements; coordinating the organization of emulation movements; social dialogue at enterprises; conflict management and negotiation....

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor Trinh Thi Hoa asked the trainees to participate in the course fully and seriously, considering this a very important task assigned by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor.

Strictly implement classroom rules and regulations, actively discuss and share practical issues, difficulties and obstacles at the grassroots level, take advantage of knowledge and experience imparted by teachers and lecturers. From there, effectively apply them to practical activities at the locality, agency and unit, contributing to building an increasingly strong and developed trade union organization.
