Journalist Mark Gurman revealed: iOS 19 is one of the most impressive software improvements in iPhone history with fundamental changes in the user interface. This could also be the biggest software update since iOS 7 with many important features such as Control Center and redesigned Siri.

One of the biggest changes is likely to be the Camera app, which has a visionOS-inspired interface. New apps like Invites, Apple Sports, and Apple Playground also have a more modern look, using transparency effects, animated buttons, and content-optimized design.

Instead of focusing on Apple Intelligence, the upcoming Apple event will be all about a design overhaul. With iOS 19, Apple will need to catch up on AI features, and design changes could be a way to divert attention from that.
