Attending the conference were comrade Do Viet Anh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

Implementing Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW, all levels, sectors, localities and units in Yen Khanh district have promoted propaganda work with diverse forms and rich propaganda content to raise awareness of cadres, party members and people about the important position, role and urgency of culture in the cause of national construction and development in the new period.

Cultural, artistic and sports activities are invested and developed. Among them, the mass cultural, artistic and sports movements at the grassroots level take place enthusiastically and practically, attracting a large number of cadres, party members and people to participate.

Up to now, the whole district has 276 art clubs, 268 folk dance clubs, and 536 volleyball clubs operating regularly.

The whole district has 52.2% of the population participating in regular sports, over 60% of families achieving Sports Family status, 19/19 communes developing the walking movement.

The movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" continues to achieve important results, with increasingly improved quality.

The construction of families, clans, villages, hamlets, streets, agencies, cultural units, communes meeting new rural cultural standards... has had a positive impact on cultural life at the grassroots level, encouraging patriotic emulation movements in all areas of construction and socio-economic development in the district.

The cultural environment has been gradually improved, cultural institutions have received investment attention with the motto of the State and people working together, associated with implementing the criteria for new rural construction.

Currently, 100% of communes and towns have cultural houses, stadiums, and sports areas; 98.9% of villages, hamlets, and streets have cultural houses. The district cultural center, associated with the children's cultural house, has been newly built and is spacious; the district library, traditional room, bookcases of communes, towns, and schools have been invested in, upgraded, and equipped, creating conditions for organizing diverse and rich cultural activities, meeting the needs of all classes of people.

The work of preserving and promoting the value of cultural heritages and historical relics in the district has received attention and achieved important results.

Implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and Party committees at all levels have been determined in leading, directing, propagating, and thoroughly grasping documents for implementation.

Party committees at all levels have developed plans and selected key contents to implement Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, closely following the instructions of superiors, associated with the functions and tasks of party organizations and the implementation of political tasks of agencies and units; making studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle an important content in action programs, plans to implement directives, resolutions, and patriotic emulation movements associated with the implementation of political tasks, especially the resolution of urgent, prominent issues, and breakthrough contents to focus on leadership and direction.

Thanks to the active and responsible participation of Party committees at all levels, studying and following Uncle Ho's example has increasingly appeared with good models, creative ways of doing things, typical advanced collectives and individuals, creating positive effects and spreading among the people. In particular, studying and following Uncle Ho's example, associated with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII, XIII), has become a regular activity of Party cells, Party committees, agencies, units, and of each cadre, Party member, civil servant, and public employee.

Thereby contributing to improving the quality of Party cell activities, raising the sense of responsibility of cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers; working style and manners are more scientific, closer to the people, and more closely related to the people; the exemplary responsibility of taking the lead, daring to do, daring to take responsibility of the leaders is raised...

These positive results have significantly contributed to building a clean and strong Party, government, Fatherland Front and mass organizations; successfully implementing the set political goals and tasks. The material and spiritual life of the people has been increasingly improved.

At the conference, delegates discussed and clarified the results achieved in 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW and the results of implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW. At the same time, many tasks and solutions were proposed for implementation in the coming time.

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Standing Committee awarded the Emulation Flag to 1 grassroots party organization, Certificates of Merit to 1 grassroots party organization and 6 party members who met the standards for excellently completing their tasks for 5 consecutive years (2019-2023).

Many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW and Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW were commended by the District People's Committee.
